I'm thinking zucchini, feta and mint patties now and oven slow-baked-dried cherry toms in oil for when the summer is over.
YUM...chutney club also says chutney, i made the most amazing cherry tomato relish last year...I have a friend who stuffed a giant zucchini with baby zucchinis and some other stuff and baked it in the oven... It was weird, like a fish with babies in it's belly... It tasted a bit fishy too... maybe don't do that...
top ideas ladies, looks like the team has some cookin' to do this weekend!although we have to agree with you dell, that fishy mother and child stuffed zucchini combo sounds just a little too cronenberg for us at the mo.
